(R18D.210) HEAVY BATTLECRUISER (BCH) The huge costs involved in building and maintaining fleets to "defend" their borders would have seen the Paravians look to more economical means to sustain combat power. The battlecruiser with 83% of the combat power of the DN and costing only about 63% would have been the answer.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 10/5. Command Rating 10. Can be subbed for a CA or DN in Y180 cost is 10 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18D.211) BATTLE CARRIER (BCV) Following the lead of the other empires, the Paravians, had they become a regular empire, would have surley produced a carrier based on their heavy battlecruiser. In all probability the ship would have been assigned a CWE and DWE as escorts.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 10(6)/5(6). Command Rating 10. Can be converted from BCH in Y181 cost is 2 EP plus fighters. Counters for both the BCV and 3BCV are provided.

(R18D.212) BATTLE CONTROL SHIP (BCS) A logical follow on to the BCV. The Paravians would most certainly have made an effort to field such a ship. A CWE and DWE would have undoubtly been assigned as escorts.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 10(6)P/5(3)P. Command Rating 10. Can be converted from BCH in Y181 cost is 5 EP plus fighters and PFs. Counters for both the BCS and 3BCS are provided.

(R18D.213) HEAVY FIGHTER BATTLE CARRIER (BVH) Given the introduction of the Duck class heavy fighters this ship would have been a natural follow on to the BCV. Escorts would have certainly been a CWE and a DWE.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 10(8H)/5(4H). Command Rating 10. Can be converted from BCH in Y181 cost is 2 EP plus fighters. Counters for both the BVH and 3BVH are provided.

(R18D.301) COMMAND CRUISER (CC) Had the Paravians begun a transition toward becoming a "standard empire" the need for ships of this class would have forced their development.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 9/5. Command Rating 9. Can be converted from CAs in Y169 cost is 2 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18D.302) MAULER CRUISER (CAM) Using technology from a captured Romulan mauler the Paravians produced this design. The design met with mixed success among the Paravians, some liked the firepower, while others felt the ship lacked the versatility (it had no Cargo or Non-Weapon Options) of traitional designs. It would appear that only a single such conversion was undertaken. The ship is subject to shock and has a shock rating of 17.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 10/4. Command Rating 8. Can convert one CA per year beginning in the Spring of Y175. Can have only one in service at any given time. Conversion cost is 5 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18D.303) GALACTIC SURVEY CRUISER (GSC) If the Paravians had begun a changeover to a "standard empire" they would have required a ship of this class.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 4-8u/2-4. Command Rating 8. Can be converted from CA in Y176 cost is 1 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18D.304) FLEET TUG (TUG) This design by a group of officers in the Logistics Command was a second proposal for a tug. It was somewhat more heavily armed and more expensive than the TG. The increase in firepower was deemed by the Paravian High Command as excessive and the design never entered production.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 6-8/3-4. Command Rating 8. Can be converted from CA in Y174 cost is 4 EP, or substituted for TG cost is 6 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18P.305) RAID SUPPORT SHIP (RSS) A smaller version of the Raid Mother Ship. The Raid Support Ship was used to support smaller raids and to augment its larger counterpart. It was rare as only a couple were produced.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 3-8/1-4. Command rating 8. Has the same abilitis as a tug acting as a supply point. Can be converted in Y168 from a CA for 2 EP. A Counter is provided.

(R18D.309) FAST CARRIER (CVF) While there are no records to suggest the Paravians ever built such a ship they may well have considered such a design for raiding purposes. Had it been used as in "regular" combat situations it would have most likely used a CWE and DWE as escorts.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 7-8(6)F/3-4(6). Command Rating 8. Can be converted from CA in Y175 cost is 4 EP plus fighters, or converted from CF or CV cost is 2 EP plus fighters. Counters for both the CVF and 3CVF are provided.

(R18D.311) INTERDICTION CARRIER (CVD) Following the lead of the other races, the Paravians would have undoubtedly produced an Interdiction carrier. This is one example of how such a ship might have looked. The ship would have in all probability a CWE and DWE assigned as escorts.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 4-8(12)/2-4(6). Command Rating 8. Can be converted from CA in Y177 cost is 3 EP plus fighters, or converted from CVS cost is 2 EP plus fighters, or substituted for CA in Y177 cost is 11 EP plus fighters. Counters for both the CVD and 3CVD are provided.

(R18D.312) HEAVY FIGHTER CARRIER (CVH) Had the Paravians survived and developed heavy fighters they have had to base some of them on ships. This design might well have been the design that was selected. Escorts for this ship would have most likely been a CWE and DWE.

Counter Factors are 8(8H)/4(4H). Command Rating 8. Can be converted from CA in Y178 cost is 3 EP plus fighters, or converted from CVS cost is 2 EP plus fighters, or substituted for CA in Y178 cost is 10 EP plus fighters. Counters for both the CVH and 3CVH are provided.

(R18D.313) AREA CONTROL SHIP (ACS) There seems little doubt that had the Paravians had successfully transitioned to a "standard empire" they would have at least considered a ship of this type. Escorts would have in all probability been a CWE and a DWE.

(R18D.314) DIVISION CONTROL SHIP (DCS) Had the Paravians produced PFs there seems little doubt that a ship of this kind would not have been developed. Escorts surely would have been the CWE and DWE.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 3-8(6)Pu/1-4(3)P. Command Rating 8. Can be converted from CA in Y182 cost is 5 EP plus fighters. Can be converted from CV or CVH cost is 3 EP. Counters for both the DCS and 3DCS are provided.

(R18D.401) WAR CRUISER MAULER (WCM) As they had with a heavy cruiser the Paravians applied the mauler technology to a War Cruiser to produce a smaller mauler. It met with the same objections as its larger counterpart and production never proceeded beyond the initial conversion. The ship is subject to shock and has a shock rating of 13.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.

F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 7-8(1)/4. Command rating 6. Can substitute one MRC for NCL once per turn beginning in the Spring of Y180. Cost is 6 EP +1 EP for the fighters. Is treated as an HDW, and can perform all the missions (except D) as outlined in (4H.0) Captain's Module P6 The Galactic Smorgasbord. A ship counter and MRC Missions counters are provided.

(R18D.403) LIGHT TACTICAL TRANSPORT (LTA) As they had attempted earlier with the TUG, some members of the Logistics Command proposed a more heavily armed light tug. As was the case with the TUG the Paravian High Command rejected the proposal as not cost effecive.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 4-7/2-4. Command Rating 6. Can be converted from CW in Y177 cost is 3 EP, or substituted for CW cost is 5 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18P.404) PATROL CARRIER (CVP) One of the ships the Paravians would have surely built (had they evolved into a regular empire) would have been the patrol carrier. In all probability a CWE and a DWE would have been provided as escorts.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 3-7(9)/1-4(4H). Command Rating 6. Can be converted from CW in Y178 cost is 3 EP plus 18 EP for the fighters. Counters for both the CVP and 3CVP are provided.

(R18D.405) SCOUT CARRIER (CSV) Had they become a normal type empire, the Paravians may well have considered this design and actually produced plans and drawings for it. The ship, had it been built, would have most likely used a CWE and DWE as escorts.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 3-7(8H)u/1-4(4H). Command Rating 6. Can be converted from CW in Y179 cost is 5 EP plus fighters. Can be converted from CWV cost is 3 EP plus 4 EP for the fighters. Counters for both the CSV and 3CSV are provided.

(R18D.406) WAR CRUISER LEADER (CWL) The Paravians would have (as the other races did) discovered a need for squadron leaders. The design was not as capable as the CC it did not the less fill in for its larger counterpart on occasion. The first of these ships entered service in Y176. In F&E terms this ship uses the "War Cruiser Leader" Rule 305.5, and no counter is provided.

(R18D.407) FAST WAR CRUISER (CWF) Had the Paravians developed into "regular" empire a ship of this disgn might well have figured prominently in their plans. It would have been able to rush in make a rid and their get out before being intercepted.
F&E FACTS: For those players wishing to add this ship to their F&E games the following would apply.
Counter Factors are 6-7F/3-4. Command rating 6. Can be converted in Y179 from a CW for 2 EP. A counter is provided.

(R18D.408) FAST SCOUT CARRIER (CSVF) The concept of this ship would have seemed a perfect fit had the Paravians had they survived to become a "regular" empire would have likely used this ship to scout for rescources to exploit. (R18M.412) DRONE WAR CRUISER (CWD) If the Paravians had progressed and became a "regular" empire Federation planners envisioned negotiating a deal similar to the one they had actually offered the Gorns earlier. Given the difficulty with the logos tics of supplying drones it is doubtful the Paravians would have accepted such a deal.
